Chimney/Fireplace Appointment Tips

There are a few things you can do prior to your appointment to help guarantee the safety of our technicians and the protection of your valuables:

  1. Please scoop out the ashbox (if applicable) before our visit.
  2. Clear the area where we will be working. This helps guarantee that your belongings stay safe and clean, while giving us plenty of space in which to set up our equipment.
  3. Please discontinue the use of your appliance at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. This will ensure that our technicians aren’t working on an appliance that hasn’t had sufficient time to cool.
  4. Although we are animal lovers, it’s best to keep your pets away from our work area so that they stay safe and clean.
