If you’re scheduling a non-emergency appointment (i.e. annual sweep or inspection), it is best to make your appointment during our off season. During the spring and summer months, we can provide you with faster, more flexible service times – plus, it’ll be one less thing to worry about around the holidays. Schedule your appointment here!
Some Appointment Tips
There are a few things you can do prior to your appointment to help guarantee the safety of our technicians and the protection of your valuables:
1. Please clean the ashbox (if applicable) before our visit.
2. Be sure to clear the area in which we will be working. This helps guarantee that your belongings stay safe and clean and also gives us plenty of space in which to set up our equipment.
3. Please discontinue use of your appliance at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. This will ensure that our technicians aren’t working on an appliance that hasn’t had sufficient time to cool.
4. Although we are animal lovers, it’s best to keep your pets away from our work area so that they stay safe and clean.
